1. Subscriptions
Paid memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
2. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be granted in line with applicable consumer-protection laws and app-store policies. Where you purchased via an app store, that store's refund process applies.
3. How to request a refund
Contact support@blindlove.in with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
4. Non-refundable items
Promotional credits, gifts and certain one-time features may be non-refundable, as indicated at purchase.
